If you find yourself in the situation where you have failed the permit and/or road skills tests three times, you still have hope! However, there are certain things you are required to do in order to be able to test again. The state of Virginia requires that you take the DMV Re-Examination course before you attempt the DMV examinations again. Depending on your age, you may be required to take either an 8 hour course or 36 hours of classes for you to be eligible to take the DMV examinations again and get your license. If you are 18 or older, you will be able to take the 8 hour course and then take the DMV driving tests. If you are under 18, the state of Virginia requires that you take 36 hours of classes before retesting.
Of course, taking the DMV Re-Examination class needs to do more than just make you eligible to take the DMV driving tests again. You need to be able to pass those DMV tests. Our expert instructors will help you to learn everything you need to know in order to pass both the permit test and the road skills test so you are ready to not only retake the tests, but pass them.
Knowledge may not be the only thing you need. Failing the permit and or road skills tests can be discouraging.
